Shipping Policy
Our policy on domestic shipping
All orders are processed within 3 business days of being placed. Shipping cost is calculated by product and total shipment weight, automatically at checkout. A tracking code will be sent via email once the order is shipped.
PLEASE NOTE
Currently, we only ship domestically. For those who live in the Central Texas area within driving distance of Copperas Cove, we also offer local pickup. Read about our pickup policies here.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it in.
PLEASE NOTE
This policy is not applicable to custom orders. All custom orders are final at the time of purchase.

Pickups MUST be picked up within 7 days of the final payment. If you need to change your pickup date, or schedule your order to be shipped instead, please contact us and we will work with you.
